From our original
quantity surveying "roots" in 1990 and our involvement in
numerous projects over the years, we have identified the
qualities necessary for achieving a successful project. This
extensive practical knowledge and experience has enabled us to
provide an unparalleled service to our clients. Increasingly, Adeo Consulting is the first point of contact for many clients
who confidently place all their construction requirements with
us. We will organise feasibility studies, recruit other members
of the design and construction team and manage the project from
inception to completion, acting as a single point of contact for
the client. We also have the experience and personnel necessary
to provide high quality on-site management whether the
requirement is for a single site manager, a complete site
management team, a clerk of works or a quantity surveyor, and in
some instances we have even been commissioned to provide
commercial management working at the highest level within a
company.
Working closely with our quantity surveyors, our project
managers are increasingly being asked to provide project "due
diligence" reporting for developers and financiers which may
involve any specific element of a development or the project as
a whole. Once on site, our teams can monitor the development,
providing reporting as required. We promote a multi discipline
approach to any of our individual services provided and our
construction teams work closely with our project management
teams and have the support of all the other construction
disciplines within our firm. We can draw on advice from
structural engineers, chartered building surveyors, health &
safety advisors and our constantly updated technology provides
facilities to access CAD, project programming, Codes of Practice
and other administration support.
