Our expertise in
contract procurement and cost management has been built up since
our formation in 1990, by working in all sectors of the
construction and civil engineering industry both nationally and
in other countries throughout Europe. With this knowledge base
gained from many years of experience together with all the
technological resources that a 21st century quantity surveyor
may need, we have been able to maintain a good balance between
the speed that the modern world requires and the meticulous
application that is expected from the quantity surveyor in the
construction team.
Our proactive approach to the development process gives our
clients the information required for decision making at the
earliest possible time and it is our philosophy to forecast and
manage costs, rather than just to report them.
We are particularly proud of our long track record and close
working relationship with our clients, many of whom repeatedly
use our services. Our Quantity Surveying division also covers
the following services:
B/Q Preparation - From CAD drawings we can provide fully
detailed measures and Bills of Quantities in accordance with all
Standard Methods of Measurement and, by arrangement, bespoke
methods of measurement to suit specific clients' requirements.
Post Contract Surveying Services - We provide either a complete
service or supplement existing teams for all surveying functions
through to final account preparation and agreement for the main
contract and subcontractors.
